Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with original packaging, and all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping & Fees

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow time for the returned item to reach our fulfillment center.
